Meet
Whitney Kyera-Ampadu
Registered Massage Therapist, actor and creator
For Whitney, massage therapy is all about helping people feel better in their bodies and in their everyday lives.
Since graduating from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, Whitney has dedicated her career as an RMT to helping others feel their best. Her ultimate goal is to help her clients improve their quality of life through treatment.
Whether that means addressing specific aches and pains or providing a gentle touch to help calm the nervous system, Whitney tailors each treatment to your individual needs. With an attentive and relaxed approach, she blends Swedish and sports massage techniques to provide a well-rounded treatment. While experienced in treating a variety of conditions, Whitney has a special interest in helping clients with head, neck and shoulder concerns.
Before becoming an RMT, Whitney studied Theatre Performance at Humber College, where she earned an Advanced Diploma. Outside of the treatment room, she enjoys watching films, writing, crocheting, exercising and spending quality time with loved ones. She values holistic well-being, finding balance through creative self-expression and maintaining an active lifestyle.
