Meet
Stephanie Henderson
Registered Social Worker, mama & Pilates enthusiast
Stephanie believes meaningful change starts with a strong therapeutic relationship—and a space where you can show up as you are.
With more than 10 years of experience, Stephanie supports adults navigating life’s challenges. She works with people experiencing depression and anxiety, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic and health anxiety. She is also trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), an evidence-based approach to working through trauma.
Steph’s approach is collaborative and curious. She sees therapy as a team effort: a chance to better understand the experiences, emotions and patterns that may be contributing to what feels difficult right now. She believes you are the expert in your own life, and her role is to offer a supportive space to explore, build on your strengths and develop tools that feel relevant and helpful.
As a mom to a busy toddler, Stephanie also understands that pregnancy, postpartum and the transition to motherhood can bring unexpected changes and a wide range of emotions. She values creating space to navigate these experiences with compassion and support.
Steph hopes therapy feels like a place where you can feel understood, explore what matters to you and work toward change at a pace that feels right.
