Meet
Noah Wright
Registered Social Worker, outdoor enthusiast & lifelong learner
For Noah, therapy starts with connection. Children and teens need to feel understood, and parents need to feel included as the family works out what might help.
He brings a curious, strengths-based approach, paying attention to what feels hard, what’s already working and what the family can build on together.
With a Master of Social Work, he supports children, teens and families through big emotions, everyday challenges at home and school, and major life transitions. His work is relational and collaborative: he takes time to understand each person’s needs and helps family members feel heard and understand one another better.
As a neurodiversity-affirming social worker, he recognizes that ADHD, autism and other differences can shape how a child experiences the world and how family life unfolds. He also supports families working through tension at home, improving communication or preparing for transitions such as the move into adulthood.
Above all, Noah hopes clients leave each session feeling heard, a little lighter and more confident in the strengths they already have.
