Lesley Andress

Registered Massage Therapist, music lover & creative soul

book beaches

Lesley has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2014 — though if you’d asked her years ago, she might have said she was destined to be a music and phys-ed teacher. But life had other plans.

Her deep curiosity about the human body (and its incredible ability to heal) led her down a path of holistic care — one that lets her combine her empathy, intuition, and love of teaching into every treatment.

Guided by compassion, Lesley believes massage therapy is more than physical care — it’s connection. She takes time to educate and empower her clients, often blending movement guidance and exercise strategies into her sessions so that healing continues long after the appointment ends.

She’s also passionate about collaborative care and loves connecting her clients to other practitioners across the wellbe team to make sure they get the full-circle support they deserve.

Lesley’s goal is simple: to help people feel seen, supported, and a little more at home in their own bodies.
