Meet

Kirsten Frame

Physiotherapist, coffee enthusiast & serial hobby collector

Endlessly curious and always up for a challenge, Kirsten helps people better understand their bodies, rediscover the joy in movement, and return to the activities that make them feel most like themselves.

Growing up playing sports, Kirsten spent her fair share of time in physiotherapy—and, surprisingly, always had a pretty great time there. Those experiences sparked an early interest in movement and anatomy, eventually leading her to study how the body moves.

But some of Kirsten’s most valuable learning came from becoming her own “rehab project”. Navigating injuries and health challenges gave her a firsthand understanding of how frustrating and unpredictable recovery can feel. It also showed her just how powerful movement can be—not only for getting stronger, but for improving confidence, independence, and overall quality of life.

Curiosity is at the heart of Kirsten’s approach. She wants to understand more than where it hurts; she wants to know how it’s affecting your work, your hobbies, your exercise, and the everyday moments that matter to you. She combines education, exercise, and hands-on care to help people make sense of what they’re experiencing and take an active role in moving forward.

Whether you’re returning to a sport, recovering from surgery, navigating an injury, or simply hoping to move through life more comfortably, she’ll meet you with encouragement, thoughtful questions, and a plan grounded in what success looks like for you.

Outside the clinic, Kirsten is usually collecting another hobby. Running, strength training, badminton, bouldering, snowboarding, motorcycling, and HYROX have all made the list—and she’s always open to suggestions for what she should try next.
