Meet
Kamal Chahal
Psychotherapist passionate about mental health advocacy and community care
Kamal believes meaningful change begins in a space that feel safe, supportive, and authentic.
At the heart of her work is one simple idea: people heal when they feel truly seen and understood. Her sessions are grounded in connection, compassion, and honest conversation — not judgment, pressure, or “fixing.”
Kamal works with kids 10+, teens, and young adults navigating big seasons of change. Identity, friendships, family shifts, school stress, emotional ups and downs — these years can feel heavy. She creates a space where young people feel heard, supported, and empowered to build skills that actually help in real life.
She also supports adults who are juggling stress, work–life balance, relationship challenges, anxiety, and depression. Together, you’ll explore what’s underneath the overwhelm and build practical, sustainable tools for coping and growth.
Her style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. She asks thoughtful questions. She listens closely. She helps you make sense of your patterns. Across all ages, backgrounds, identities, and challenges, her goal is to foster growth,
Whether you’re an early teen figuring yourself out, a young adult in transition, or an adult feeling stretched thin, therapy with Kamal is a space to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with more confidence.
If you’re looking for someone steady, compassionate, and easy to talk to — Kamal is here to support you.
