ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP✨ Lift, sculpt, de-puff, glow, repeat! ✨

In this hands-on 1hr workshop you will learn the foundations of facial gua sha and facial cupping, including the roots of these practices, facial anatomy, proper techniques for best results, and an easy routine that you can do for yourself at home that will leave you looking lifted, sculpted, and ready to glow.

Heather Rule R.Ac has been practicing acupuncture for 7 years and has training in facial acupuncture, Gua Sha and cupping from the leading experts in the field. She is excited to share what she knows with you!

Each participant will have access to a bloom balance Gua Sha stone and facial cup to use during the workshop with the option to purchase one to bring home.
