Ready to lace up, feel strong, and fall in love with running—without injury? The wellbe Beginner Run Club is your answer.
Join our welcoming, judgment-free 6-week program designed for beginner to intermediate runners who want to build up stamina, find their rhythm, and (dare we say?) fall in love with running without injury. Led by Stephanie V, physiotherapist and running enthusiast, alongside Stephanie M, holistic nutritionist, mama and Beaches local - this series combines movement guidance from the experts with the supportive energy of community.
Together, we’ll move through a progressive run/walk program with a focus on:
Proper warm-ups and cooldowns
Injury prevention strategies
Pacing that works for you
Recovery tips and mindset support
This program is perfect for beginners and those getting back into running (pssst… that includes our new mamas - take a little time out to do something for you) . Whether you’ve never run a kilometre or are easing back in after a break, this is your space to build confidence, stamina, and a steady stride—with the wellbe community by your side.

Meet the Stephanie duo!
Stephanie V, physiotherapist at wellbe beaches with a background in orthopedic care and a passion for helping people move better—pain-free. Whether you’re lacing up for the first time or getting back into your stride, she’s here to support your running journey from wherever you’re starting.
Stephanie M, nutritionist at wellbe beaches whose mission is simple: to teach clients how to nourish both their minds and bodies. She’s excited to co-lead this run club after being a participant in the first session!
