This flow-based class blends strength, mobility and mindful movement to leave you feeling powerful and focused.
Two amazing classes pulled together for extra fun. Think Move Strong meets Stretch & Restore. This energizing class combines yoga flow with the dynamic elements from Pilates, Barre, and more. Expect to build internal heat, release tension, and boost both your strength and flexibility. Expect to move for 45 minutes with a 15 minute stretch and unwind to cap the class off!
Perfect for all levels —come as you are and leave feeling your best.
