Prenatal Peer Support Group: A Drop-in Online Support Program for Pregnant Women
This online support group aims to build a sense of community and togetherness, while guiding participants to reflect on their journey, cultivate their personal pregnancy values and develop useful coping strategies. Drop-in anytime!
An invitation for pregnant women to connect and share in a safe and supported online peer support group facilitated by wellbe Social Workers, Caitlin Beukema & Lisa Azzopardi.
This is an opportunity for expectant mothers to connect virtually, to discuss mental health and wellness throughout pregnancy, in particular amidst the current world health crisis of COVID-19. This is a safe, non-judgmental and supportive space for participants to navigate through their own experiences of pregnancy in an uncertain global climate; while acknowledging simultaneously the multitude of emotions that come with pregnancy.
